Hansika Motwani (born 9 August 1991) is an Indian actress. She has worked in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, and Kannada films.Hansika Motwani was born in Mangalore, India. Her father Pradeep Motwani is a businessman, and her mother is Seema Motwani, a dermatologist. Hansika attended Podar International School, Mumbai and enrolled for BA in political science at Cambridge University, Cambridgeshire, England as correspondence course.

Hansika Motwani Workout And Diet

Hansika Motwani Diet:

My diet is strictly vegetarian with lots of green veggies and fruits.As soon as I wake up, I have two glasses of water and follow that with a cup of green tea without sugar. I also alternate between high fibre diet and high carbon diet every three months.Breakfast is a bowl of papaya, after which I head to the gym. Mid-morning I have an omelette of three white eggs with a multigrain toast.Lunch usually comprises boiled vegetables.My lunch comprises Roti, daal, dalia, salad and yoghurt. I also eat Papayya regularly and it helps keep my skin soft and glowing. I prefer fruit juice rather than cold drinks. I avoid dinner or any kind of food late at night rather I prefer to have my dinner in the evening. I also make sure that I keep sipping on a lot of water throughout the day.

“I am not very foodie. I like home made Rajma Chawal. I don’t indulge in oily cheesy stuff.” Says Hansika who loves home made.

Hansika Motwani Workout:

Hansika Motwani has a one week schedule in maintaining her body. She does a mixture of gym exercises and also yoga routine. I spend about 45 minutes jogging every day.

Talking about fitness she says, “I prefer both cardio and weight both exercises. I exercise two hours everyday in my gym. I prefer protein milk shake after workout. I believe in yoga and meditation as well.”Spinning and swimming every alternate day is a must.
