She is widely known for being one of Hugh Hefner’s girlfriends on the reality television series The Girls Next Door. Madison now has her own reality series Holly’s World.

Holly Madison Diet:

In her diet plan she takes a lot of water and grab a coffee in breakfast. For lunch she said:

“My favorite lunch items include chicken caesar salads, a grilled chicken sandwich with avocado — which I had today — and a hamburger with extra pickles and fries.”

in her snacks she will have a piece of fruit such as an apple, banana or orange. She had sushi rolls, spice tuna and shrimp tempura rolls in dinner with miso soup and edamame with them.

“I just try to keep it simple and not really diet.  I’m not all about the starvation diets that some girls go on to lose weight quickly.  When we first started filming The Girls Next Door, I was so serious about getting in shape fast!  I worked out every single day and watched everything I put in my mouth and it was just miserable!”

“I eat a lot of lean protein like chicken and fish and I always add a lot of vegetables and fruits.  I don’t snack very often during the day and I keep my portion sizes small so I don’t overeat. Of course, I have to have the occasional cupcake or piece of chocolate and my Diet Coke isn’t going anywhere!” 

“I love chicken fingers, I love french fries,” she says. “I love desserts. I’m not just into dessert of just into savory food. I love it all. I’m a pig. I love food. So it takes a lot of discipline to eat healthy.”

“I’ve always had a butt, and I want to keep it – cellulite and all. I’m not perfect, but I love my curves.” Holly tells.

‘I have a treadmill in my house and I love yoga and Pilates too. I have a protein bar for breakfast, fruit as a snack and a healthy chicken salad for lunch.’

“If I could have a Barbie body, which has no cellulite, I totally would,” she says. “I would like to have a flatter stomach, but that won’t happen either. That is never going to happen. No matter how much weight I lose, my stomach, below the belly button, always pooches out.”
