In an interview with a popular magazine, Katie Holmes revealed her diet program daily food in losing the weight. In the morning she takes breakfast of flake oats, apples and cappuccino coffee. For Lunch Katie Holmes takes carrot Soup, organic raw broccoli and cappuccino coffee. And for Dinner she takes lettuce, tomato, and tofu or fish. The food she likes most is cappuccino coffee because according to her it contains many calories, but she drinks it at 2-3 times a day.
“My every day food would consist of a lot of green superfood, steamed tofu or fish.” She shares.

For Katie Holmes’ exercise routine, she does 2 hours of cardio Exercises everyday and lifts weights for strength and resistance training. Katie also does Pilates to strengthen her muscles, ease back pain, and build up her upper body.
“I’ve been doing Pilates ever since I gave birth, I just love it, it helped strengthen my core muscles, and I used to have back pain before, and some strains on my body from pregnancy.” Katie shares. “Now all of that is gone, it’s great.”
“I grew up in an environment full of athletes and unfortunately I wasn’t one of them. My parents are very healthy. We go running on Thanksgiving – I mean, what family does that? It has to be before the big turkey dinner. My dad is really ambitious and makes us all go. Exercise is definitely important, but the long hours sometimes prevent me from being a good girl and getting my cardio workout.”
