Lauren’s diet plan includes 6 meals daily, limited to 1,500 calories. Her diet plan is filled with fish and veggies but she does indulge in carbs on her cheat day.
LC likes her coffee mixed with skim milk. A whole-grain waffle and 2 teaspoons of peanut butter give her calcium and protein. Other options: oatmeal or a bowl of Kashi cereal, both with skim milk.
A fiber- and protein-rich Cobb salad: turkey bacon, egg whites, veggies, avocado and balsamic dressing. Two more ideas: chunk light tuna and feta cheese on a bed of lettuce or a grilled chicken salad.

Noshing on half a cup of low-fat cottage cheese and 10 raw almonds keeps energy up. A low-fat yogurt and seven walnuts will also do the trick.

Lauren was really active with sports back in her younger years, but now she works does 1 hour sessions with Personal trainer Jarett Del Bene. She will do light weight training and cardio on a treadmill twice a week. She will do a 45 minute hiking sessions in LA Runyon Canyon when she is not going to the gym.
Her workout routine includes training of kickboxing, running, and weight Exercises. About the Exercises that Lauren does, she says:
