Her fitness regime includes a lot of weight training and strength training to keep her lean and accentuate her curves without bulking up. According to Malaika, the breakfast should be like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a poor! As a rule, I avoid red meat, fried and oily food. I don’t binge, I eat three proper meals in the day and I hate snacking, which I believe is a killer for your body. She doesn’t follow any particular diet but prefers eating good and healthy food! But I don’t deprive myself of anything that I crave – eat and burn it off is what I believe in. And fortunately, I have no vices like smoking and drinking.” She Follows The Given below Diet:

Breakfast: Eggs, multigrain toast, any one fruit, a glass of juice or idlis. Immediately after a workout, I take in protein in the form of egg whites, a banana or a protein bar.

Lunch: Brown rice, fish, chicken, lots of veggies, salads and dal or sprouts. I have chapatis only if they are made from jowar or bajra. Also, I eat very little oil or salt.

Dinner: I eat early, by 7 or 7.30 pm. It’s always light and consists of grilled salmon, steamed veggies and soup.
